We had AAA put a roof on our house in 2017 we have had 3 leaks. It is not easy to get someone to come and fix them. On the first leak they came and did some caulking around a vent, which didn't help. When we had our bathroom remodeled by a different company they found water was coming in between the kitchen and bathroom. AAA side they would send someone out to look at this new leak. When I said that I wouldn't be home until 3:30 I was told I didn't need to be there. So how do I know if anyone showed up to fix the leak? I have been told at least three time that Ken would come when I was home or I would receive call to set up a new appointment neither happen! Now we have a new leak I was told once again that I would be called back yea right. Time to call my Attorney. Don't get taken by this company. 0 stars even though we have to add one to submit this complaint.

Do you not trust these guys salesman Rich Klein Will tell you one thing and turn around and do another. Did not finish the job left nails all over driveway and roof supposed to put 50 year shingles and only put 30 shingles on. Stay far away from these guys as you can.
