If your looking for a clean and relatively safe place to live that has the best of city and country, then this is it. Every complex/community has their issues. Management slow at fixing things from time to time? Yes, but show me a place that isn’t when dealing with a large community. Property not always kept up? Absolutely, but the community residents could take better care of their things. Sure the roads are not plowed like they should be in the winter, and no salt laid. Yes they block in your own personal driveway when they do actually shovel which takes you hours to dig back out (this seriously needs to be addressed). They removed speed bumps from an area that absolutely needed it and have yet to put it back.nHowever ... the community does hold holiday activities for children and families. They do giveaways, best lawn decor, Thanksgiving meals and back to school backpacks. They do Easter baskets, Halloween candy bags and Christmas toys to the children in the community. The answer the phone 8/10 times. They fill empty plots with homes and are quick to address a neighbor complaint when reported.nThey are busy, they are trying. Could they try harder? Yes! But we could learn to be patient too.nAt the end of the day, it depends on what you feel is a make it or break it issue for you.n- Minimal issues with a safe and quiet place to live? Then this is your community.n- Fast response time to every issue you have as if your royalty?nThis is definitely not for you, good luck in your search!

My family and I moved in a few months ago and the application process was simple and fast. I was approved in the same day. The ladies in the office are very friendly and professional and really want to help people. I’ve had one small issue with my furnace and it was fixed within a few hours. The maintenance team here is fast and very friendly as well. My home here is very spacious with up to date interior and appliances. I’m very impressed and proud to call this my home. The website makes it very easy to make payments and put in maintenance request. There Facebook page for our community keeps us up to date in real time and they keep us informed of what’s going on in our community. #240

I have really enjoyed living here. Its country feel but close to town. The manager works hard for her tenant's and it really shows! So thank you for all you guys do! Lot 78

I have lived here for almost a year and i have had no problems at all amazing office people always there to help when needed .

We have been here for 3 yrs and it was rocky for awhile when we were renting but the process for owning our home was great and jamie did a great job and was so helpful.
