My father passed away and we didn't have access to his account. when we did get access and paid the bill we had it was late. They then continue to charge fees on top of fees even though the bill was paid minus a couple dollars worth of fees. It's sad that sick and elderly people have to deal with such unscrupulous companies. Would give 0 stars if possible!
