Our room was disgusting. There was hair in the shower, the shower handle spun in circles and exposed the wall behind it, the desk in the hotel had a chunk of wood missing from it, there was dirty fingerprints all over the walls and door, the soap dish had a sticky residue on it, strands of the carpet were missing and none of the garbages had garbage bags in them. The room was was also tiny and outdated. I am not happy at all with my experience. I have stayed at hotels that charged $40 a night that were nicer than this. The only upside to our whole experience was how nice and friendly the front staff were.
Very unhappy with this hotel... I booked and paid online for a suite with a sofa bed and received only a king room. To top it off they put me in the Old Hotel Pierre Marquette which is attached next door.... if i want the Pierre Marquette I would have reserved it... Spoke to the front desk and then to the manager and all the manager would do is comp the $12 a day parking... $160 for one night in a king room something i never reserved and thats what i get... i should have went to the Sheraton a block away it was $50 cheaper and there king rooms are all remodeled... not happy with Courtyard amd not happy with Pierre Marquette the other hotel they have me in... Very disappointed manager is blaming it on the 3rd party I reserved the room with Expedia so beware when you use 3rd party to book room . I will be fighting these charges on my credit card and complaining to Expedia Marquette and Courtyard you can bet on that....
Room was clean and everything. The vent in the bathroom did not work and there was no continental breakfast. One block from Club Diesel which was fantastic. Overall a great place to stay downtown when ya wanna be close to the fun!
Excellent customer service! Sophie at the front desk was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Because of such great customer service and an inviting atmosphere this will definitely be our first choice of hotels in Peoria!
Shelly at table 19 restaurant amazing along with all the other staff members! Shelly was the reason I returned to have dinner not but 3 nights. Thank you for having a great staff member that cares about people!
