I cannot complain.nThe sound was low the cost was reasonable and this place was easy to get to.nOn the way to the stay I had coffee, retail stores, grocery, restaurant, fast food, and easy highway access.nThank you.
Room was clean. Bed was reasonably comfy. Service was good. Restaurants, coffee and snack bars were open at appropriate times. Views were great.
Front desk was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. All areas of the hotel were over-the-top clean and fresh. Will definitely return!
Clean, courteous. Right now, breakfast is served,but not your regular breakfast. Muffin,bagel, hot sandwich. Just following protocol.
While traveling through town, I needed a place to stay and this had really good reviews especially on cleanliness which ironically during covid-19 seems to be lacking in most hotels. Upon arrival it was a little difficult to find and also interesting because it is back behind the Bass Pro Shop. Cindy at the front desk was pleasant and the hotel was bright and clean. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and microwave in a separate area, lots of lighting, comfortable bed, nice shower and a separate hardwood entryway. The room seemed clean on the surface but there were a few issues and the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Because of covid-19 stays, I travel with my own cleaning wipes and notice the toilet wasn't clean under the seat. There was also a dead bug in the floor by the window and some dirt on the sheets under the pillow in the middle of the bed. I did try to call about it but no one answered the phone at the front desk and I didn't really want to change rooms anyway after unpacking everything. I did mention it to Cindy at the front desk on my way out and she said she would bring that to management's attention. I would try this hotel again hoping that was not the norm but I am a little skeptical. It was also my first stay in a Holiday Inn in a very long time.
