Great hotel! Can't beat the price. The rooms are clean and quiet. Where this place really shine's is the staff. Checked in quick n easy felt nice for once. Got to my door and had a struggle with room card but second later a staff member shows up to help also asked if I needed anything else. At check out we talked to a staff lady who was excellent probably the best part. Her name slips my mind but she had a cast on her foot. This hotel is a must stay. In turn there aren't many negative issues so it's a 5 star all day!!

It's a 2 star hotel for a reason. Side doors are all unlocked at any hour. The train tracks are 300 ft away or so, it can get LOUD. Just a kinda awkward set up, no bathtub but nice shower except the high powered rocket stream the shower head stays on. The beds have like a metal bed frame wall and all 4 of us kicked the hell outta of it. It's wider than the bed. The employees were all friendly for the most part. $15 pet fee for 1 animal, late checkout has a fee like some fancy hotel and there's absolutely no breakfast right now.

People say this use to be a terrible hotel well i didnt see it before so i can only say what i think now its beautiful inside nice grey hardwood floors clean showers fresh sheets beautiful lobby staff are awsome always feels like home i stayed there for 3 whole months when i first moved here to Illinois and the staff there are like family i never smell smoke or narcotics i just love it there highly recommend you stay and its affordable!!!!!!

When turning off the room light the AC would stop running. It still had power but the motor would not run. It was hot enough we were forced to sleep with the light on all night in order to have a halfway comfortable nights rest. The room window had a blocker installed to prevent it from opening (we were on ground floor). Cleanliness was otherwise pretty good and water pressure was great but would not consider staying here again regardless of price.
