Checking in was quick and easy. The room was spotless. The staff is friendly. The hotel overall is very clean. The fitness center is super nice, the pool is nice and warm. Everything was in good working order. This is a very well maintained hotel!
Checked in and was very impressed at the quality of the hotel and room. Unfortunately I was able to only stay in the room less than 30 minutes when I received word of a family emergency and had to leave immediately. The staff was great and refunded my money 100%.nnIt is nice to know that there are still solid business out there!
Really nice hotel, staff were great! There was some little things though. The suite had and Oreo I found on the ground, also the suite had sliding doors with a fogged window in the middle that did not feel private, but looked good I guess. But there is not much that can be done about the doors, so I’m just letting people know. But again the staff were great!
I stayed at this hotel a couple yrs ago and it was nice. Stayed today and This hotel has went completely down hill. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Especially if you want to swim or let your children swim. This place has become the hotel to come over the river and stay and bring the 15 neighborhood kids. Dirty as hell and none of the employees seem to care. Kinda like the gave up
There were a few hiccups here and there. But the staff proved to be top notch even though they seemed over worked. Very accommodating and hospitable. I hope the owners know how well these people work under stress. We'll love to come back once they can have the hot tub back. Also the food at and service at Johnny's was fantastic too. My youngest learned how to swim this morning in your pool and we are overjoyed!
