Not good service. Very slow and unprofessional
Very helpful and compassionate. And they responded to my request much more quickly than I thought they would. It was a good experience overall. Going to government offices really is but I was pleasantly surprised.
They are denying to show my mother mold tests done in her apt after telling her the results would take 2 days 2 weeks ago. They have destroyed her property and then accused her of lying. She's had to miss work and spend money she doesn't have because of issues in the apt building she is in. No one seems to care and they are rude to her. I've asked for the supervisors phone number and Tracy won't return my calls to give it to me. The way things are being handled are inexcusable
Ok.. l had a good and bad experience.. When I came in the front door.. There was a young women up there at the front desk with curly ponytail and glasses that was extremely helpful. She explained the different application to me.. bad experience was I didn't have my birth certificate or proof of income. she told me that she couldn't proceed without it.. because l was going to see someone that same day. So have to come back this week..
I had a good a experience with the lady at front desk on Monday.. But.. When my leasing agent Kristana came out to see me. It was a dark cloud came over PHA. She is so rude and bad attitude. For no reason I don't feel comfortable asking her any thing.. Anymore
