Was visiting my family in Peoria and wanted to mail some packages, went to the post office on Glen Ross but the lady there could not help us so we came here JUSTINE was so pleasant in mailing the 88 packages that we had. She was so helpful and gave up an outstanding service. We need more people like these in the service industry.nAwesome Job JUSTINE

Showed up in uniform and walked straight to the desk since I was simply dropping off and I was met with quite a bit of condescension. Even though the sign clearly says where to place drop off packages I was told not to do so and I was told to stand back in line though I was just dropping off. Sassy and condescending

Went there yesterday to mail a letter which needed to be postmarked and there were probably 10 people in there trying to deliver packages and only one person working but I saw 2 other people in the building. Very frustrating

Good luck getting someone who works there to ask questions they use the generic you can't get ahold of a human robots and then when you do its someone not even from that office

Mailed some postcards there when I visited. Everyone is so friendly! I wish more people and places were like that, especially, here in Chicago. :)
