The customer service people are great. on the other hand The SYSTEM of billing should be set up so customers can see their accounts online.
I had an sewer gas smell at my house and had paid 2 different companies to figure this out. I made one (1) phone call to GPSD and Jason had someone out at my house within an hour to investigate. He was very helpful and provided great assistance. This is my first experience with a Peoria utility municipality that actual listened to me and addressed all of my issues. I could not be happier with GPSD.
Very prompt and courteous, response in less than an hour. Notified me regarding status of main sewer. Checked sewer in different locations. Discussed future work potential on house septic if problems continue. Thank you, Jason and technical support for your diligence.
