I have recently been experiences button on dress shirts being crushed. I'm not for sure if the their process, equipment or personnel has changed, but the quality has not been the same in the last 3 months. I shared my concern with damage to buttons on several shirts, and was told I needed to return when the owner was in. The employee did not ask to take my name and number, offer to share my concern with the employee...just kept stating there was nothing they could do.... very disappointed in customer service after making a point to spend money local instead of going to neighboring towns/cities.

My draperies were shrunk by over 2 inches in length and pleats were crooked and wrinkled. Awful. Would not return my money for cleaning until they had chance to fix them, 1 came back as bad 2nd time and the other one had horrible pleats. Both Still short by the 2 inches. They still would not return cleaning $ unless I gave them the drapes! $320 drapes for an $80 cleaning bill. They did not apologize, said they are not responsible for drapery shrinkage! Oh, and a small stain on the corner of lining was still there!

Crushed buttons on a couple of brand new shirts. But since they send the dry cleaning out, they won’t do anything about it. Horrible.

Shreaded our curtains,returned them to us without telling us. They will refund us $20 of the $90 they charged us and said they will keep the curtains so they can sell the undamaged ones. So to get my curtains xleaned it cost us $20 and we have no curtains. They havnt even said sorry.
