Baldovin Construction did a complete remodel of the kitchen in our midcentury modern home. We were immediately drawn to Casey and his team because of their attention to detail and determination to maintain the aesthetics of our home. We are very happy with how the kitchen turned out and will definitely use Baldovin in the future! It should be noted how wonderful Michelina was throughout the whole project. She truly made our experience by her consistent communication and responsiveness.

Baldovin's team of designers, project managers, and construction crew were such a pleasure to work with. We hired them for a very extensive renovation of a building with commercial and residential, both interior and exterior work (brick, structural, roof, siding, windows, doors, concrete bar, tile floor, laminate floor, framing, HVAC, etc!). They had great cost effective design ideas presented in a 3D layout. They were accommodating to our changing needs, both in allowing us to do some work ourselves, while also taking on new work we didn't anticipate. Their pricing was very competitive and they proactively addressed any issues before I had to ask for them. Their crews were so nice and accommodating to me as the owner/developer and took care of all the little things I needed that weren't in the scope of work. I would highly recommend them for residential or commercial work. They are hard working, fun, professional, and very easy to work with.

Casey and the crew did a major makeover of our main floor and also enclosed our front porch for a grand entry. The transformation is unbelievable. The attention to detail is incredible and the vision Casey had for the remodel was beyond our expectations. This guy could turn a wood shed into an elegant place to call home. We love his work ethic and his entire crew, especially his brother Brett who did a lot of the “grunt” work and the follow up to make sure everything was to our liking. Thanks guys, you knocked it out of the park!!

Had a phenomenal experience with Baldovin. Wemoved to Peoria from out of state and gave Baldovin a tight (if not unreasonable) deadline. Baldovin exceeded expectation at every step and came in at price estimate. Would strongly recommend.
