Wow we have went in there now a couple times. They definitely went out of their way. My boy for about a year now has had a gun with a laser scope on it. the company that we purchase it from even told us the wrong battery been going back and forth on this for a long time. My wife thought what the heck run it down to batteries Plus the guys had no information they worked really hard and they figured out exactly what battery we needed. Thank you for taking your time and getting this finally fixed so my boy can finally use it after a year excellent job once more. Today is February 20th 2021
Wow talk about excellent service and going out of their way. My kid has had a gun with a laser scope on top and even the company we bought it from told us the wrong battery. They took their time try to figure it out and they got us all set up thank you so much for doing it excellent job.
I ordered my item online and then transaction went seamlessly. I received my pickup email within an hour, and I also received a phone call from an employee at the store to let me know that my item was ready. The interaction at curbside took less than 5 minutes. Each of the employees that I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. I was extremely happy with the overall experience!
Had them swap out my car battery. They were happy to take care of me right away. No wait. Great service. It is refreshing to do business locally that still understands good old fashioned friendly service. Will go back for my next battery needs.
