Awesome !! Went to garden center and one lady help me find what I wanted. Then when I checked out Andre was a total sweetheart. He loaded all of my dirt into back of my SUV and Faith help. I live in Washington and could of easily went to Manards, but with them making people pay for a mask, if they forget it, is just not right, if Marnards was a small business instead of a multi-million dollar business, I would comply, but I will NOW shop at Lowes, 11% rebate or not. It's a matter of principal. Thank you Andre and Faith....and Thank you Lowe'snKayla Suydam

I needed a mask for someone in our party but the line for customer service was very long. I asked another associate if they could get me a mask and she was not hesitant at all to go behind the customer service desk to grab one. Also, Tiffany and Gary were incredibly helpful in locating an item that was “in stock” but we could not find. Thank you! We will return. The store was very organized too.

What a wonderful experience! The employees are so kind and helpful! Very friendly. The don’t police mask wearing or even say anything to you! There’s a sign on the door but they’ll let you shop and checkout without a mask!nnAshlyn was very attentive and helpful with our carpet order!

I went in to Lowes to purchase a new ceiling light for my house, I found one that I fell in love with. I asked an associate if they had anymore in stock in back or in any other local store. They checked and said that they had none in stock anywhere. So I proceeded to ask if I could purchase the display model, They then verified with the manager, and proceeded to tell me I should go up front and pay customer service for it, So they could have they're electrician remove it from the display in the morning because he was off that day, Because we were concerned that they young female employee could not get it down, She was untrained and we felt concern for her safety so we said we would wait not a problem. We then asked several employees if we were good to go they said yes go ahead. We returned the next day only to find out they never held it, and the electrician had thrown it in the dumpster. We called corporate who said the store would follow up with us on this mishap, They never called back.
