Editing this review. While I have had issues with my couch and the warranty, the EP store management has been wonderful. They are taking the lead to help us and I feel valued as a customer. They are very customer service focused and because of them, I will be back.

Great experience. Clean store, amazing customer service, knowledgeable and helpful. Angel was amazing she helped a lot and very easy going not pushy.

Stevie is a very nice salesman, he wasn’t pushy with the sale and didn’t seem only interested in selling us something. We ended purchasing a Couch and Chair set and noticed when we got home that it was cheaper online. I called and he responded very quickly and got us the cheaper price that was online without a hassle. Very friendly store.

walked in the store and was not greeted by anyone until we went down halfway through the store. Two people looking down at whatever they were doing or reading a book and didn't look up until I said I need some help. And what they did is they pointed their finger and told us where it was instead of walking us over to our selection that we needed to look at.so now I will not be buying anything from Ashley furniture because apparently they have no selection and I don't buy cheap furniture knockoff garbage

We walked into the store to buy a new sectional and some other furniture for our new home. The store was not very crowded, several workers were walking around asking customers if they need assistance. However we walked all the way to the back of the store and back to the front without being asked if we needed help at one point we were walked passed two times by the same man who’s went right passed us to ask some older customers if they were still ok... Long story short we went to a different store in Peoria and bought our furniture there.... $7500 worth!
