To be honest, this is probably the only place I’ll go when it comes to furniture. The pricing is scary reasonable, the staff is accommodating, and the store isn’t too crowded. Kai was a great help today as I hopelessly looked for a couch—kind and knowledgeable, which goes a long way. Thanks for the great service! I encourage others to check this place out before any of the other places in town.
Overstock items, you never know what you can find! Famous for decent prices on furniture across the Street from main store, appliances across the parking lot at main store and their liquor, wine and beer (domestic and imported) great options reasonably priced!!! Wine tasting events are awesome, I walked (stumbled a bit) after a few events over the years. I had a designated driver...lol.
When I started working with the sales person he was very nice and knowledgeable. The couch was delivered August 2020 and on February 8, I contacted the store regarding a hole I noticed. I was asked to send pictures of the damage, I emailed this on February 8 and was told someone would get back to me. On February 16 I called the store and was told the manager would return my call. I called again and spoke to Jason, he asked for the serial number, I sent the information to him. I am still waiting to get contacted. I would like to get this matter resolved.
Great staff they don't push you to buy furniture they help you and walk around with you give you great ideals especially Marie and the Peoria store she is awesome and she's the only one I will deal with she is definitely a people person very delightful I could say more but the store is great
The salesman was wonderful. Knew just how much attention I wanted. My only complaint is false advertising. Ads said free 48 month financing when there was actually a service charge for financing. No interest but it still costed me money
