Porter Electric's solar project manager Shane Helle did a great job of facilitating whole process of my residential solar panel installation: system design, roof inspection, ROI calculation, federal tax credit, state SREC credit, building permits, and coordination with Ameren. My monthly Ameren bill is reduced to $11.40 (Ameren's fixed customer and meter charge).
The team at Porter Electric has been great to work with! Everything from scheduling the appointment to payment went seamless. They were polite, attentive and professional. They asked several questions prior to beginning their work and made me feel comfortable. The outcome of their work was exactly what I had envisioned. My husband and I are very happy with the services we received and we will absolutely be a returning customer!
