I tried to set up a new patient appt with both Dr Adams ave Dr Miller. my had already been let go from another unity point and the nurse brought it up and began to lecture me about his track record and i became iritated as told her i didn't ne need to be lectured i know the procedures. Then she started telling me that she wasn't sure she she wanted to. she was rude and i became angry bc of the way she was speaking to me. i told her again that i didn't need to be lectured like a 2 year old.. she hung up on me. I had to explain thing to her that are only the docs business. she was very unprofessional. At the end i did scream at her ad told her to f offnI not hig going to be treated like that by her or the staff
