I absolutely love my experience in this office every 6 months. Jen is the best hygienist in the Central IL area. From the moment you make an appointment to checking in, Julie is always friendly and helpful. During my latest visit, my X-rays were taken by the newest member of the team, Gloria, who was very polite.
The staff is very friendly and professional and really care for you I would highly recommend this to everyone coming here
I like the people, they are polite and are concerned about me and any issues I have. They are not pushy for answers I may need to give. They do a great job cleaning and doing x-rays.
I rated this office as a 5 a few years ago but now I need change it. The doctor & hygienists at this location are great but the billing the of insurance has been horrible. I understand that 2020 has been a rough year on everyone but it is no excuse to not send everything that is needed to the insurance so that things get paid. I have not been communicated with properly in regards to the situation and have been sent to collections due to something that I have no control over: sending the xrays to the insurance so that the claim can be paid. If you choose this place as your dentist office, make sure to watch your insurance statements like a hawk and if something is wrong, be prepared to take off work to get it fixed.
After having a tooth extracted, I had some complications. I came in twice to be looked at, and received excellent care. The dentist that did the extraction was from another practice, but did not schedule me for a follow up. Dr. Susan totally put me at ease, prescribed some antibiotics, and assured me that I was going to be okay. So far, so good!nMy hygenist, Kyle, is very good, sensitive, supportive and keen on me getting my teeth in the bet shape they can be.nThe rest of of the staff are very friendly and professional.nI totally recommend this clinic!!!
