I was a new patient that has a broken tooth and needs it extracted they managed to work me into their schedule. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the amount of care and concern displayed. The dental hygienist was very friendly and compassionate. My only complaint would be if they say it'll be about 3 hrs from wait time until your finished it's actually about 4.5 hrs. While I hadn't planned on spending my whole day there at least I was able to discuss my issues and see about having my tooth pulled.

Had my first new patient visit today and it was great. Everyone was so nice! Kyle did all my x-rays and checked my teeth before the doctor came in. He was awesome! So funny and kind, made the experience way better. He deserves a raise for how awesome he was. He really went above and beyond.

Went to Aspen Dental on Feb 10 for fitting and staff very helpful Drew --Michael --Emily and Dr Gonzalez all very professional also Hygienist gentleman was very helpful Would recommend anyone to go there for service. Been lot of issues with having to cancel appointments due to earlier closing due to virus but staff was great in helping me.

I went to Aspen dental today with a really odd requests! I needed them bad and I need a rush ! Which I won’t explain, but everyone of the people there went out of their way to bring me a miracle! And they did it the doctor which tried to think of everything he could to help me out to ERICKA who pulled off a miracle !! You guys totally rocked to day and have no idea how much I appreciated your mind breaking ideas !! Bless you all one big smile here !!!! Let’s put it simple they will remember me I’ m the one who meet a man !

Dr. Gonzales, Emily, Jenny, and Kyle at the East Peoria office made it a pleasant experience today getting dental work and cleaning done. There isn’t any feeling of rushing or stress and they all are thoughtful and kind concerning how you are feeling during the treatment. I can even say I have fun while I’m there because they all have a good sense of humor and I laugh a lotud83dude02. I appreciate that the Dr. explains everything so well before he does it and that I am able to ask any of the staff questions without feeling like it’s a bother to them. It’s also makes for a pleasant atmosphere that they get along well together and work as a team! Thanks to each of them!!
