I live in Martinsburg WV & daughter attends Marshall U. Her WV had a warranty issue & sat at a local dealer for a month waiting to get looked at. I reached out to Jeff S. (Amazing man) & he had me contact Scott and the crew. They said sir we’ll take care of your daughters’ scar. They assisted me with contacting a towing company to get it to their shop. They assisted me in Communication with the warranty company, got the car their in a few days, diagnose the problem in a day and got engine delivered, replaced etc. in little over 2 week.n“I didn’t buy the car there & they could have turned the other way & not be bothered”. But I’m so glad they didn’t. High quality used cars at reasonable prices sold by a friendly staff. In order to be fair to the review reader, I do have to admit that this business is owned and operated by my cousin. However, that doesn't change the truth in my first sentence.
