Chase Bank

Do not trust them with your money. I opened a savings from my app and transferred 2500$ from my joint acct with my husband to it. We just rented a house and I wanted a dedicated acct for funds to be withdrawn from it.nNow imagine you go to your lease signing and your acct is declined.nChase had locked all 3 of my accts because of “fraudulent behavior”. I had to go down there while on bed rest with my pregnancy and an active 2 year old because when I called I was told I had to show 2 forms of ID. Fine.nBut when I get there it wasn’t enough for them and I was told even though they know I am me, I can’t have my acct unlocked or my money back.nTheir reasoning is that I transferred money from an acct that wasn’t mine to an acct I opened on the app.n1. That joint checking acct is mine because I am on it and the other party is my husband who gets his checks direct deposit.n2. If it is suspicious to open to open an acct on the app then why do you give it as an option.nI sit for several hours on the verge of just holding this teller hostage and robbing the bank for exactly my amount of funds back when they finally approve for me to close the acct and withdraw my money. But ONLY after she opens a new savings for me to transfer it to.nAs I’m dealing with a second teller to withdraw my money she tells me “well it’s ALOT of money that’s why”nF-ING SERIOUSLY?!?!?! 2500$ is “a lot of money?!”nWe get 2200$ a week direct deposited EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK.nCompletely disgusted. And done with this bank.nnUpdate: Chase put some sort of Fraudulent flag on my name so the other two banks in my town will not allow me to open even a basic checking acct with them until I figure out how to remove the flag. I have a 701 credit score a line of credit and I can’t open a checking acct anywhere else currently.nnSo I am being forced to continue banking with Chase. In the past 15 days since they locked all 3 of my accts they have locked my acct again 3 more times. Most recently because I rented a Pick up truck from Uhaul. The initial bill was 45$. And because I spent 2.50$ over expected mileage when U haul tried to charge me the 2.50$ Chase blocked it and locked it. They were closed so I couldn’t call them. I END UP GETTING STUCK OUTSIDE WITH A 2 YEAR OLD FOR 2 1/2 HOURS BECAUSE I COULDNT PAY FOR A TAXI HOME. I HAD TO WAIT FOR ONE OF THE UHAUL WORKERS TO GIVE ME A RIDE HOME AFTER HE CLOCKED OUT!!!!!! No

The ATMs here do not have NFC scanners, considering the size of the bank, this is not only disappointing, but a big inconvenience

One of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with unnecessary long holds on checks different answers everytime I call been on hold for an hour today still could not give me a definite answer, would never recommend this bank.

Why the heck do yaw take $30.00 when my account is only -3.00!! That’s too expensive! At least go by how much the amount is! I think I’m going back to Cefcu!

If I could I would give u negative stars. I asked for a copy of a deposit slip while making a deposit for work. Was told no we don't make copies. Absolutely horrible.
