Jessica is awesome ! She is patient kind and she listened before she responded. I appreciate her helping me

that was not an issue, and the bank did not require that to be on. I was very concerned about this issue and that I could foresee this happening. I made it clear there was a problem with the utilities and that water would not be on. I should have been updated more on the situation with the loan processor, and that If emailing them didn’t work. Other forms of communication should have been used. Busey Bank sat on my appraisal for 3 weeks!!!!! I believe it shouldn’t have gotten to the underwriter. They have their guideline and it make sense they are not moving forward with the loan. There should be some accountability for this. If Vasthi had questions they should have been asked, a number of steps could have prevented this. My closing date was suppose to be tomorrow, and the appraisal was done on 02/05/20. That is unacceptable that it sat till 02/22/21. It was concerning to supervisors yet no action were taken, and I was not updated on the situation.nnVasthi finally apologized for the situation which is appreciated, but said she could not foresee this happening. There were multiple steps during the process where this should have been caught and addressed. If she was unsure about the situation, she should have asked a supervisor. Especially when dealing with this amount of money and such an important decision. Nothing should be done lightly. I knew the downside of the house, and my plan was to fix it. Vasthi also states it is beyond her control multiple times, when a lot of this was in her control. It is very troubling to see that is her attitude about this. Everything that lead up to our problem could have been prevented if extra steps were taken. If she needed help she should have spoke out.nnIt was hard enough dealing with how much everything got delayed. Vasthi and her supervisor received countless emails and texts from me to get a status on the loan. I was getting no help at all, and no explanation. Even if I was getting charged $375 it was my choice to go forward with it. All of this should be very concerning to Busey. No one is taking accountability for this situation. The loan processor was a part of the problem, but everything should not be blamed on them.

I Disappointed as usual. I asked for an account balance and was put on hold then hung up on.

Rude and inconsiderate. I called to talk with an employee named Denise, after explaining my problem and asking if I needed to come in she hung up on me without saying a word.
