So pleased and excited with our purchase! We got a 2017 Chevy Equinox and traded in my old car. They made the process so simple and fast. Travis and Steve were so helpful, so easy to talk to, laid back and just all around good guys. They didn’t force or try to push any unnecessary accessories on us. Treated us so good! I loved working with the sales team when purchasing our vehicle. However, I have not been impressed with the service department. The visit before this was a routine, full service oil change, and the mechanic checked off that the wiper blades were “good.” He just not have actually checked them because the passenger blade was ripped off.nnFor this most recent visit for the check engine light, it felt like I had to beg to borrow a car. I called on a Friday and couldn’t get an apt until the following Wednesday. I understand you’re busy, but I need to get to work, still. Tim tried telling me there weren’t any loaners available, but he also said my car probably shouldn’t be driven. He was able to find a used car to let me borrow until Wednesday. That day came and went, and I never got an update about what was wrong with my vehicle. I called at 7:30 Thursday morning to check, and a different guy answered the phone (not Tim). This person was much more understanding and his main concern was that I had a vehicle to drive while mine was getting looked at. However, he couldn’t find my name in the system. No one even knew they were supposed to look at my car Wednesday even though that’s when Tim said there was availability. Luckily, someone was able to look at my car Thursday, and a mechanic had to stay late for another project. So they did get my car done Thursday and I was able to pick it up Friday after work.nnI was using this service department because this is where we purchased my vehicle. However, you’re located 40-45 minutes from my house, and 35 minutes from work. For that inconvenient of a drive, I expect way better service. I will be finding a Chevy dealership much closer to home and work to use from now on.

These truly are the “GOOD GUYS”. If you haven’t visited their store I highly recommend you give them a shot. They treat you as a family member. GO!!
