Highly recommend! My dog had an accident on my carpet. I called on a Wednesday to check pricing and how soon they could get me in. The guy I talked to (now learning it was the owner) was awesome! He sold me on his customer service! They squeezed me in on Thursday. Two amazing guys called when they were on their way, came in and took care of my issue. They were courteous, took the time to explain and answer questions and did an awesome job!!! THANK YOU Papa Bear for your amazing service!!
I highly recommend Papa Bear and company! I called on Monday and they came on Wednesday! They did a fantastic job on our carpets and were able to get spots out that I wasn’t expecting to come out.

They did an absolute amazing job on my carpets! I had some dark and deep stains from my kids getting sick, but they are completely gone and my carpets look brand new again.nThe owner, Phil was very accommodating to my schedule as well as my budget. Will definitely use again!
Phil came to clean my carpets last week and although I had no idea where my stains came from he was able to remove the stains. My carpet looks amazingly clean, smells fresh and has maintained its renewed fluffiness for over a week. I am so happy with his work and I have already been suggesting him/Papa Bear to many people. If I ever need my carpets cleaned, I will definitely use him again in the future!
