I need to go back but I have cancer of the throat and lungs. They treated me normal and I am terrible with names radiation and chemo and 8 surgeries I forget easy. She was able to do my hair perfect without speaking. I got so many compliments also she was happy and talkative she made me feel human and pretty again. I've had back and forth service over the years so it's kind of a hit or a miss and thou I've gone here for years. I only recently started receiving coupons after finding out I was suppose to be getting a birthday one and never had. There have also been times where I've been told one wait time and have come back to be told another wait time and there have been times where I've been able to be seen right away no problems. The same applies to haircuts I've had people who have put in their time and some who haven't. I continue to go because I like knowing exactly what to ask for and how much I am paying its just the service is hot and cold and you never know what your gonna get.
Have always had good experiences here, but last visit was the best. Galien does a great job going to great lengths to make sure your hair looks awesome!
I went to the one on market Street in Bloomington Illinois and the young lady that did my hair was amazing. I asked for two inches off and a thinning, she was nice and gentle. Even though my hair was not.my haid felts so great after she got done. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
