Jenny (Physical Therapist) is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. I have seen Jenny for 2 different injuries and I am astounded at how well I have recovered. I initially saw her for back pain (which I also developed a huge fear of moving because of ). Within a short amount of time, I regained so much function and was in so much less pain. Jenny also showed great patience with my anxiety/fear of moving. I most recently saw her for knee pain, which she helped me recover from in such a short amount of time. Her knowledge of the human body, treatment techniques, and compassion for her patients sets her far above other therapists in the area.

I’m just a few sessions, Jenny, the physical therapist, gave me tools to reverse back pain I’ve been living with for 2+ years. I can dance again! And Jessica, the personal trainer, gives just the right level of challenge and meeting me where I am. Both are professional, friendly and warm. Highly recommend!

I am not sure where I would be without Jenny. She is very knowledgeable, asks great questions and truly customizes the PT experience. I was about to give up on PT before I met her. Don't let that happen to you - contact ActiveFit and learn more about a pain free life (because it IS possible)!

I saw Jenny for Physical Therapy previously and highly recommend her! She takes her time to actually listen to your concerns and symptoms when you come in and tailors a plan to meet your needs - Even if those needs change day to day. She also sees only one patient at a time (unlike some of the chains) so you have her full attention and focus which I appreciated. When I left my final appointment I had all the info I felt I needed to continue my recovery at home.nnJessica was also in the office for most of my appointments and is someone I'd absolutely trust as a trainer. She is patient and understands everyone has different needs and goals. Wish they were both still closer for my PT and training needs!

Excellent & professional services I had with this company. Friendly home service physical therapy. I highly recommend this company & would use them again if ever needed.
