On a Friday morning, January 8th, 2021, I called in a refill order for 4 different 90 day prescriptions. I asked if they could be delivered due to Covid and living over 20 miles away. I was told that it could take a few days for delivery to arrive, and I stated that was fine since I had enough heart medications to last through the following Thursday. The next Thursday, January 14th, 2021, I called as I had still not received my prescriptions. I knew there was an issue, as I was put on hold for about five minutes. When the woman returned, she said the order had not been picked up yet, and should go out that day. She put the blame on USPS for not picking up the order on Monday. I guess I disagree, as I put my faith in using the Meijer Pharmacy. My wife will have this information, to show negligence on Meijer's part if needed, as I still have some of my meds on hand till the order arrives.nnNow lets talk about pricing. When the woman gave me the total for my order, I asked why it was so much. She explained one was not covered by my Medicare plan, and was $125.00. As I was sitting in front of my computer I asked her to wait while I checked Good RX which reduced the cost to under $25.00. Hooray for Good Rx, but why the big difference?

I have been tried to get a covid shot and I have gone online and filled out the form and still no word from the store

Excellent store. The lady at the self checkout was wonderful. She helped me ring up and bagged my groceries as she noticed I have a hard time as I am recovering from a broken hip. Five stars.

Terrible pharmacy. EVERY time I went to pick up a prescription there was an issue. Do not recommend. I started using Walgreen's and came back here once because the Walgreen's was closed to find out Meijer didn't have what I need. Understandable. It was late and they couldn't transfer it anywhere so they left a note with the address and phone number of the WALGREENS I gave to them and watched them write down. They call me the next morning and my prescription is at a CVS two towns over. Every time there is an issue. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else.
