The pizzas are great, but when I picked mine up I could see back to the kitchen and no one was wearing a mask. Probably won't go back until this pandemic is over. Even if they have been vaccinated, they can carry it and spread it.

Thanks for the cold pizza! We ordered pizza to be delivered and asked them to knock because our doorbell is broken. Gave us a delivery window of ten minutes. I made sure I was listening for the door at the delivery window time. When it was 8 minutes past delivery window I look outside to see my pizza sitting in this frigid cold weather. Called and spoke to the manager who would only give me a $5 credit for ruining my pizza. You need to ensure people who you are delivering to are properly notified. Don't just knock and drop my pizza thinking someone heard you. Im pretty sure you came early also which is a different story. You need to notify customers by oh.....cell phone! Technology is a beautiful thing. I will NOT come back to this establishment and urge you to choose another restaurant that appreciates doing right by their customers! P.S. I have a family member that is in the pizza business and I know the profit you are making from that pie. You could have delivered another one! Shame on you.

Incredible pizza! I have been looking for a place in the area for months. Saw some low rating posts about no masks.. lol grow up. Pizza was great square cut Chicago style.nOrdered well done. Will be back, mask or no mask haha.

They don't wear masks, so not worth getting sick. Ordered from one of the other good dozen pizza places around instead.

We love Alfredo's pizza. We've been coming here since 2010. When we want a good thin crust this is... was... our go to place. However, because of the pandemic and what I saw when I went to pick up my pizza, I will be not be returning. No one, not the 2 gentlemen up front, nor the manager in the back were wearing masks, which is required for the safety of them and the patrons. They also weren't even attempting to maintain anywhere near 6 feet distancing. So, as good as the pizza is, I will not be coming back.
