As the owner of Hannah I am responding back to the two negative reviews I do feel bad about your lost side diamond. We here did actually inspect the other side stones which looked fine. But the reason your side stone fell out was because a fabric material possible pocket or jacket caught the prong and lifted the prong. I told you and advised their was fabric material still under the prong and I also tried to show you under magnification. You unfortunately did Not feel the need to look and decided to leave. I do feel bad but this was not due to poor craftsmanship or negligence and I stand by my work. As I also advised this was an accident not from my doing that happens some times and is out of our control. Life .... As for the watch I am truly boggled because I don't recall a situation like that happening anytime. Any owner who wrote up repair can use their ID if they do not have a ticket also I do not recall of a misplaced item that has not been returned recently even in the past few years.nThank you as I value your business I do not like to have unsatisfied customers if possible.

I had ordered a baby bracelet for my godson from here and it was everything I could of asked for. Buddy the owner helped me pick it out and was so patient and also a really cool guy. I could not have been more pleased with purchasing from this place. I just ordered another custom made piece of jewelry and I can't wait for it. I highly recommend coming here ! :)
