We were extremely pleased with all aspects of Greg's service. His showroom had numerous fireplace designs; he provided a variety of material and design options available and did not pressure us. During the construction phase he was very clean with absolutely no mess left during and after each work day. The finished product was astounding and we were extremely pleased. He made sure before leaving that all aspects of the project were satisfied and he even assisted in the reconnection of our TV which is mounted on the wall over the fireplace. The cost was reasonable and there were no added costs at the end of the job. We would recommend Greg to anyone looking to add or enhance their fireplace. It has certainly improved the look of our family room.

Greg was great. He is very knowledgeable about what we wanted and helped us find a wood burning insert that was within our price range. The manufacturer said 3 weeks to deliver. As 3 weeks to 4, 5, 6, 7 weeks...Greg kept us informed the whole time. The minute it came in Greg came out on a Saturday to install it so we didn't have to wait even a day longer.

After ordering our Gas Log insert from Fireplace by Design, they came out the following week to do the installation. The work was very professionally done. The installation was completed in less than 1 hr and the final result looks great. We are very pleased making our purchase from Fireplace by Design

We had a great experience working with Fireplace by Design for our new set of fireplace logs. The gentlemen in the showroom was very helpful in helping us select the perfect set, and then the installer (Greg) was neat, courteous and did a wonderful job. He had to run a new gas line in the basement, add a shutoff valve and do the installation of new log set, which is beautiful and very realistic. We also didn't have to wait very long and got everything installed in time to enjoy for the holidays. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to either install a new fireplace or upgrade their existing one.

Greg, the owner of Fireplace by Design, was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable about fireplaces, and has a great personality and strong work-ethic. We wanted an efficient wood-burning fireplace installed, which was more complicated than most installs, I would imagine. We are so pleased with the final product, the fireplace works perfectly. We also had him build custom cabinets and bookshelves on both sides of the fireplace. The finished product is stunning and looks like it is out of a magazine. Greg’s attention to detail is top-notch. We highly recommend Fireplace by Design.
