This place is awful. I booked an appointment. I understand if you have to wait. They took a walk in before me. Again, things happen. 25 minutes in, they asked if I wanted to wait longer for the stylist. This is after sitting for 25 mind on the cold floor. They could have offered to have me wait in my car. I gladly would have done it. They weren't even nice about it. Go elsewhere so you can be treated with respect.
I felt like my sides were uneven and then I was asking if the stylist could correct the issue. She got annoyed, I got uncomfortable and I will not be back.
The staff barely acknowledged me when I walked in. Good for them for being busy, but I didn't feel like they wanted my business. I did not enjoy my experience at this Hair Cuttery location.
I get thats it a pandemic but was left with a bunch of imperfections. Should have gone back but didn't have time
The salon is very clean and everyone is so friendly. They always have someone able to take walk ins and the app is so helpful. I was nervous because I have been going to the same person for years and she moved away. I am so glad I walked in and found Dawn. She is the best! She really listens to what you're looking for. I haven't been disappointed.
