The store manager, Jorge, at this location is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable and was able to assist me selecting appliances for my entire kitchen. He asked questions to make sure the appliances fit the needs for my family and I didn’t feel like he was pushing products on me based on price. He was the only employee in the store greeting everyone and helping customers load up their purchases, answering phones, taking payments and managing walk ins. Despite being so busy he remained pleasant and apologized when unable to give one on one attention, but moved seamlessly between all of us. I drove an hour to this location and it was worth the drive for the service I received! I hope they get him an assistant he’s wearing so many hats, but doing it well. I’ll be calling back when I replace my laundry appliances. Great prices and great staff!

Working with Tom was a great experience.nHe took the time to determine exactly what my needs and space allowances were. Then he put together a package of appliances that match and fit the space perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised that the total cost for the appliances delivery and installation was far less than I expected. I will be giving them my business in the future.

We now have purchased a dishwasher and washer/dryer set at Grand Appliance in Crystal Lake, we are extremely satisfied with the service of this company! Quick delivery/pickup options. Unbeatable prices. Extremely helpful in the stores and able to answer all of our questions and provide insightful recommendations. Whenever someone asks for recommendations on where to purchase appliances we always tell them to visit Grand Appliance first! Compared to all the local appliances store we will continue to purchase our appliances at Grand.

He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained policy and extended warranty without any pressure to purchase. It was a very pleasant experience and I have recommended your store to my neighbors. I am enjoying my new refrigerator!!! Your delivery men were also wonderful!! Great team!!!
