I’m handy around the house, except with electrical work, so I called Mike because of the good reviews. He said there was a $75 service fee to come out (I was 100% fine with that for peace of mind/ a second set of eyes). A circuit breaker on our electrical box was wiggling, and sparked. He came, and pushed in 2 breakers that were loose, which was the problem. Asked him to look at our outdoor light that was flickering (he offered advice to try to change the bulb from LED to incandescent or change the fixture to no motion sensor). I signed the paperwork quick because I had to get back to work and though it said $91 (figured the $75 service plus a little extra for the 20 minutes or so he was at my house)... I looked at my bank statement and it was $191!? $116 extra dollars to push two circuit breakers in, and to not do any work on my light... Nice guy, but that’s a really steep price for what was actually done. I talked to him a few days later, and he said that’s the lowest he charges for any work? Didn’t offer a discount or anything, as he never discussed a price up front.

Mike did an excellent job! He was right on time, efficient and extremely informative and friendly. He found an error in the wiring of our fuse box and fixed it, ran an electric line to my son's room and installed a ceiling fan, replaced a dining room light and fixed two faulty switches in our kitchen and garage. I've always been stressed by having someone come into my house for work since you never know what will walk through the door but Mike was wonderful and I would use him again in a second!!

Michael's Electric was the most dependable and professional electrical service that I have encountered. During an extraordinarily busy time they: 1) Picked up my call and, based on my description of the job, gave me an estimate over the phone which I agreed to; 2) Made a convenient appointment; 3) Arrived on time; 4) Did top quality professional work with safety in mind for the wiring AND for Covid protocols; and, 5) CAME IN UNDER THE AGREED ESTIMATE. Mike is genuinely personable and super nice. We enjoyed his visit even though we kept our distance due to the pandemic. My wife and I highly recommend Michael's Electric!

Awesome Service. We have used Mike several times now. He is a pro at what he does. He is also a delight to work with. He is fair and honest. His work is excellent. He is our go to electrician.

Michael's was excellent. He showed up on time and explained all of the options before the work was done with associated costs. This helped us make an informed decision. We especially liked that the work was priced by the job and not by the hour. We are very pleased and will definitely use Michael's again
