Crystal lake located only open Tue, Wed, Thurs...nNo electronic set up. no scanner. unable to fax/email.nFilled tooth, tooth became infected. took 2mos to get in.nBeen requesting documents for over a week and office has still yet to send them.

I would like to say that I really appreciated the work of Dr. Conomikes. He did a crown for me. He walked me through the process and made me comfortable. I feel like my own tooth is back.

, cute pictures, great music, and even better staff. Some downsides though are they make you wait about an hour, and it’s located in a methhead neighborhood

Received a statement for $30.00 because I missed an appointment?? What a rip off!!!! Good luck trying to collect. Never will return to this place.
