Randall North Dental Care

One of the best places i ever been .I have had the good fortune of having dr pod and dr Adrian at Randall north dental care in Crystal lake The patience and work they do is not comparable with any other place I been before. All the stuff make you feel welcome hi with a smile. Dr pod or dr Adrian explains to you what you having done and what the process so you won be scare and feel uncomfortable. The place is always clean bathroom are clean. If u get thirsty they have water. Toys for kids. well before COVID now they remove them for good reason. Would you ever take your kid to a place if you know his gonna get hurt? No right? Well I take my there because I have the confidence they take care of my kid he always come out normal like nothing happened. I can not recommend enough. Thank you.

The staff is amazing and always have a positive attitude. They try to make you as comfortable as possible. Have been going there for 5 years and I’m always impressed with their work. They’re scheduling is very accommodating. One time I had pain in one of my teeth and they were able to schedule me pretty quickly. Would highly recommend.

Would not recommend this office just not an overall great experience. Went in for a cleaning, they took me in late polished my teeth first then cleaned the tarter off my teeth. Not sure why they did the procedure backwards

Both doctors are very good, professional, and spends time with each patient. Always explains the treatment . Very good with kids. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule appointments . Always on time. Highly recommended to whole family.

I would give 0 stars. This is a Medicaid Clinic at best. When you arrive the front desk staff is either not there to greet you, just walking in, on her cell phone or eating oatmeal at the front desk. Don’t bother calling either they don’t answer the phone or return messages. I have called and asked repeatedly to send my X-rays that you charged me along with my records to a different office with no avail. Nice way to run a business. Secondly, the clinical staff seems to have no idea what they are doing. They don’t wash their hands, they make you wait 30-40 minutes(while you can hear them talking and laughing in the back), no one speaks English, the Dr’s arrive at the office 40 minutes late, they polish your teeth before your cleaning, one assistant is always walking around yawning or chewing food down the hallway, the assistants rudely rush in after the procedure has started to help the Dr. Talk about unprofessional staff. The office is dark they don’t have any lights on or the blinds open. The floors are dirty, their X-ray equipment never seems to be operational. The bathroom in the waiting area is gross. Again, they don’t seem to interact with the patient they just speak their own languages which is rude beyond measure. Very disappointed in the service and I will take my private PPO insurance elsewhere. What an embarrassment as an establishment.
