Travis was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and cared so much about everything. He made sure to accommodate me in every single way possible. He did everything he could to make sure my nails looked perfect and make me happy. This is my new go-to nail salon in the Algonquin area (i have visited a handful). It was very clean and everyone was very professional. The whole place was filled with good and happy vibes. I have never felt so confident with my nails until this experience. THANK YOU!!

Where to start.... I have been coming to this place in over a year!! Travis has always being my to go to. He always makes sure we all leave happy and satisfied. If I didn’t have the chance to make an appt and just walk In they always take me in. I’m blessed to have them 5 min from my house. I can never decide what to do but he always comes to the rescue. Let me also say, David and Daisy have a smile on their faces and always are happy to see everyone. The massages they do when you get a pedicure is extremely satisfying!!! I look forward to always coming back ! Everything is super clean and perfect!!! ❤ufe0f

I have always had a pleasant visit while having my nails done here. The owner and employees are super kind. I was there when a woman walked in with an attitude. The owner was playing the news because all of us that were there wanted to watch it. She stated that if he did not change it ..she would go somewhere else. She did not bother to ask the rest of us who were already there before she came in if we would mind if he changed it. The owner did change the channel but it was not to her satisfaction. Normally, the owner will put on music or videos if the customers request it. He always does his best to satisfy the customers. I have been coming here for years and I always feel comfortable while having my nails done. The owner and his employees go above and beyond to make customers happy. Thank you Nail Tek & Spa for always making my visit so pleasant.

The tech who did my nails was very sweet. An older woman. But the manager of the place was very argumentative and angry. The news was playing and it was very stressful and loud. when I told them it would probably be better in a spa to have some thing relaxing and nice playing, he got very angry with me. I will not be going back here. As a matter fact I am watching him now through the window talk angrily with customers in his store. The owner that is. If you want a relaxing experience I would highly recommend avoiding this spa. I just moved to the area and was kind of shocked with my experience.
