The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for weeks and getting breakfast everyday was very helpfully. I had my two year old son there and was kinda Noisy and no one had complained once. Having a pool was great. 5 star's and would definitely stay again
Best stay ever!!! I visit my daughter whom lives in macomb and this is the only place i stay! Clean rooms and amazing staff! Gracie and her crew rock at customer service! Housekeeping is awesome as well!!
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Accommodations for COVID-19 were good. Grab and go breakfast was popular with my kids. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Rooms were spacious and clean, I only stayed overnight for an interview the following day, but from what I saw the entire facility was very clean. The staff is very aware of the threat of covid-19 and protects you to the best of their ability. My only complaints were the the bed was a touch soft for my liking and the pillows were too firm for my comfort. Otherwise, breakfast was adequate and the selections, although limited, were more than filling. I recommend this Best Western for any stay that is necessary in the Macomb area.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept.
