I would give 1 star, but the staff is very kind. Had a package that I suppose I had to sign for, but I missed them. The mail person left a slip in my box, but it was barely filled it. It simply said they missed me signing it, my address, and what my package was. About half of the slip isn't filled out, so I'm not sure the reason why this occurred.
Helped find my package and the supervisor brought it to my home very pleased with them thank you
They never deliver packages in a timely manner.. I would give zero stars if I could.
This mail carrier must be parking the truck somewhere and not delivering because we haven’t received our mail in weeks
Mail was not delivered to my block for 4 days because the mailman was afraid of a cat that was roaming the neighborhood. I really wish I could be making this up, but it is sadly true. This was not Mittens the Mountain Lion, it was a honest to goodness house cat that the mailman was so terrified of that he refused to deliver mail to the entire block because it might be out there. Something needs to be done about the ridiculous behavior these people get away with right meow. It's a freaking cat.
