Easiestly the shadiest ran rental service in the United States , Do no rent with this group. The property managers will barge into your home if they think you’re not their which is very disrespectful. if you do decide to rent , make sure you send payments through check or to their office because the property managers have been known to pocket people’s rent money. I lived in a building which was infested with mice and the issue was never handled properly , they didn’t even have the decency to have electricity running through the buildings hallways , I could go on on on for hours about how poorly this business is ran , they definetly take advantage of college kids who might not understand how leasing works , I have no idea how they are still operating . I never received a house key one time.

This place is horrible. It took maintenance weeks to fix major items, if they fixed them at all. Or they would half ass fix things and the maintenance guys are druggy's (always smell like pot). Then when you move out they charge you for stuff the maintenance guys broke, or half ass did, for it to be fixed correctly. I would suggest STC over any company. They charge a little more but they don't come in your house smelling like drugs and, when you have a problem, maintenance is quick to be there.
