These guys are crooks and the maintenance men there will invade your privacy if you are not there when they are. They also fail to provide proper 24hr notice before they arrive. DO NOT RENT HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I loved living at Aspen Court apartments in both the Carbondale and Macomb locations! The apartment is clean and well maintained upon moving in. The buildings are regularly maintenanced and if something breaks, they are quick to get it fixed. Very friendly staff at both locations! I would recommend Aspen Court to anyone!

I lived at Aspen for 2 years and in 2 different apartments. My entire experience there was wonderful. The main complaint I’m seeing in other reviews is about security deposits. When you move into aspen, the apartments are SPOTLESS. Steam cleaned and have fresh paint in the whole apartment. I looked at many others when I was apartment searching that were the opposite. They just want the apartments as clean when you move out as when you moved in. I don’t really think that’s super abnormal. Whenever I had maintenance issues, they always got to my apartment within 48 hours to fix it, but usually the same day. Also, the pool, Rec center, and free tanning we’re a huge bonus for me. I can’t recommend aspen highly enough. I was sad when I had to leave. As long as you pay your rent and aren’t throwing ragers in your apartment every weekend, you will have a wonderful time living at the best apartments in Macomb!

The only place to live in Macomb. They are by far the nicest apartments. They have all the best amenities. I lived there for several years. The staff is very friendly. The pool is very nice. The apartment was clean at move-in. They are also very quick at fixing any maintenance items.
