I'm very impressed with the service we've received at Kunes in Macomb! The service department is always able to get my vehicle in very promptly and provide me with a loaner car if necessary, which makes the whole process convenient. They're also knowledgeable and always able to diagnose the problem(s) with my vehicle and it's always one of the lowest prices around. On top of all of this, the staff is very friendly and make a not-so-fun process enjoyable. The service manager always goes above and beyond for us! I'll continue to take my vehicles to Kunes and highly recommend them!

Great! Great! Great! People. My son bought a car from them and they were so helpful also within that same week my wiper blade gets pulled off from the new car wash, the employees did everything they could do to assist me. They manage to put my wiper blade back on and called around to Range Rover dealers for me to get the correct blades I needed to have a safe trip back to Kentucky. I love you guys. & Corey rocks!!!

Kunes is a FANTASTIC location to car shop at! Everyone is so friendly, kind, and eager to assist you in any way that they can. They will answer all the questions you have and make you feel comfortable with your purchase. The office goes above and beyond their expectations to help direct you. I would totally recommend them to anyone!

Every single person we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful in every way! I will definitely be back! Excellent customer service! Codie was an outstanding sales woman. She answered every question or concern we had. She has talked with us since our sale and made sure we were happy. She made our purchase an awesome experience! I had just purchased a vehicle at Kunes and Emmett Hall was my salesman. He was very helpful and understanding. He helped me get a great car. I believe Kunes is the place to go if anyone out there is needing a vehicle. Want to thank Rob for all the help as well. Greatly appreciated .
