This is a fantastic store -- it's impossible for me to stop in and not find a handful of books to buy. The prices are unbeatable and the new layout, with double the square footage, is well organized. (During my last visit, I discovered there was a special section dedicated to novels about prehistoric people. Love it! I've NEVER seen that before -- anywhere!) And I have a lot of fun visiting with Jane, the owner. Of all the used bookstores I've visited in Illinois (and I've been to a lot), this is my favorite. It reaffirms the reason you read: joy.
