Buffalo Wild Wings

Our first time to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Our drinks were very watery. We ordered onion rings for a appetizer. We received nothing but the plate. No extra plate, silverware or napkins. When our main meal arrived we were told they had no silverware and handed out plastic silverware and napkin in a plastic bag. We did receive napkins. We really needed them. We both ordered the cheese burgers and fries. I have never had a hamburger so greasy. I had to put a napkin around to just be able to pick it up. I had to get kleenex out of my purse to use. We ran of napkins and couldn't find help. The waitress was very nice but barely saw her. She was the only staff I saw out with tables. I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings all over. This one is one not to ever go back.

It was was horrible! We are from out of town and I made a reservation on Opentable and received a confirmation like I always do when making reservations through this portal. They did not honor our reservation even after I had called 2 days earlier to make sure everything was good for our party since it was Easter....At that time all was fine and the girl I talked to confirmed our reservation. We called at 6:30pm the day of to see if we could move our reservation earlier and they told us we could not come at all because they had decided to close early. We drove over & I went in and the “hostess/manager” told me they would not seat us. The dining room had people in it, but there was plenty of room for us. She proceeded to tell me we had no reservation and that they would not seat us. I showed her my reservation and confirmation number and she still lied about us not having a reservation! I don’t think this Buffalo Wild Wings should be on Opentable anymore as they OBVIOUSLY do not care about the people coming to their establishment! Chloe & Chloe, as they claimed their names were, should be given a lesson or two in how to treat their customers! While we were in the parking lot trying to find somewhere to eat at least 8 other parties of people drove up and were turned away....absolutely horrible!!! We eat out a lot and this is the worst I have ever been treated!

The service wasn't great. Drinks ran dry. We waited a long time to be greeted and then again for our order to be taken. We waited almost an hour on our food, as well as everyone else we could see. But the food did taste alright.

Service was fine but the food is normally better. They put barely any toppings on the nachos and they burnt the burger to the point where it was inedible. Great for wings, sports, and beer, but not much else.

Food is always good and consistent. Wait staff are great! A little expensive on the wings imo.
