I called to get a sandwich delivered and the guy on the phone literally said “it’s going to be a long time to get you one sandwich and I have two orders before yours. It’ll be half an hour.” I said that’s fine because I don’t go on lunch for a half hour. He then stated it will be long time and sounded like he really didn’t want my business. I never do reviews and before this I have always raved about ISS being the best in town but with how this guy acted, that’ll make me rethink telling people how great that place used to be. Every sandwich is worth the time. Every customer is worth the time. Customer service had went out the door.
I have been supporting this restraunt for a while now but i wont be back yhe owner was very rude. I placed an order with the owner and he told me it would be 15 minutes bevause they were busy snd i told him that was fine...went to pick them up and he claims we didnt order...we had a long didcusdion about hos cookirs...when i confronted him abot it all he said was why do you want to argue with me. Im donenWont be back
Fresh and delicious food; prices are a bit high but not out of line for homemade-like quality. Definitely worth a try!
A Macomb/WIU icon, you can find one on Franklin Street in Chicago. Excellent food, can't go wrong.
If you don't go right into the sandwich shop asap they towed my vehicle because I didn't go right into the sandwich shop asap I parked
