Yikes & Yuck. Residents are racist & dirty. Some are cool but the majority are looking for illegal drugs. Sorry wrong trailer park. The 1 across the street is gross. This 1 is clean awesome & have great tenants

Bob keeps a clean well-maintained mobile home community has a few apartments as well when a tenant has a complaint Bob or his wife are quick to resolve the issue nice quiet place in the evenings lots of families with small children and Young families
