Wings are really good here! And they have a pretty good selection of drinks. I’ve just had a lot of issues with the service here but it’s a really fun atmosphere and would be willing to try this place again! Edit: tried to give my business to these guys again but it was Just an absolute nightmare. Wait staff was incredibly rude when we asked how long the wait would be and had a bad attitude. Multiple groups were seated before us and the wait staff seemed more interested in making sure everyone that was waiting to be seated was left uncomfortably standing around not exactly sure what was going on. The whole place seemed to be in disarray and understaffed. I understand that it can be busy and chaotic. But you should really consider having a host/hostess to keep guests waiting in some type of order and not have to try and track someone down just for a simple question and then be rudely snapped at. I said in my first review that I would be willing to try this establishment again. And to my dismay, it seems like instead of improving, they’ve somehow managed to make it more of an unpleasant experience. I waited 25 min and then Just left. Waste of time. Do not recommend.

Won't lie, I don't recommend this place. We went on a Saturday night and all just kind of stood there not knowing what to do as no one was there to help us, and when we went to order at the front, they told us we need to go sit and wait for a waiter. So from the beginning we were super confused. During the entire time the waiter only came to take our orders and give our food. He never came to fill up our waters and we waited for a couple hours and he never gave our check. We had to go up and ask for it and they again told us to sit down and wait for the waiter. Mind you, there were only two other occupied tables in the entire place. And you know, all this is fine, it really doesn't bug me that bad. The reason why this has a 1 star review is the cleanliness! NONE of the staff had a face mask! We are literally having a health pandemic and NOT ONE SINGLE person of the staff had a mask. Not the waiter, not the bar keeper, not the cooks that we ended up trying to order from at the beginning as we were confused. The waiter came to our table and sat while he took our order, since he obviously had a long day, which is totally fine, but he sighed and breathed right into my face since he had on no mask. We are in a pandemic! There's a reason we have masks! To avoid breathing in other people's faces! The tables were dirty and not a sanitized, except wiped down with a dirty rag when we first were sitting at the table, since it was very dirty, even though it was the cleanest in the place. This place did not follow health regulations. I would not recommend it. Won't be surprised if we come down with the Rona sometime this week.

4.5 stars. Pretty much the only option for a dedicated wings place in Provo/Orem. The "baked" wings are fine, the sauces are good. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the food, it just won't be the best wings you've ever had. Among the few friends I've talked to, the consensus is that the nachos and quesadillas are the best items on the menu. The staff has been super friendly every time we've gone, and they were wearing masks when we last went.

We won't be going here again. We ordered online and it does not say that the "wings" are not breaded like every other type of boneless wing. They are just grilled chicken nuggets. Our buffalo chips also came completely unflavored, no salt. Nothing. Sauces were ok but didn't stick to the chicken well.

My husband and I were super excited to try this place out for the first time about a month ago, and from the moment we walked in, we loved the atmosphere and were even more excited about how fun it is to be in there. It also doesn’t really bother me that much that they don’t require masks for their employees, so if that is something that bothers you, just don’t go. But I am sad to say that the food was not pleasant at all (and we are NOT picky eaters whatsoever, and sometimes we ere on being a little too optimistic when it comes to judging food). We ordered an appetizer of nachos and when they came out, the waitress said, “Let me know if those are too burnt for you”. Without even looking, we just kindly shrugged it off and said, “oh, it’s no problem” (because we didn’t think that a restaurant would ever bring out nachos that were too burnt, so we figured it was an exaggeration). But when we looked at the nachos, they were black all around and we hardly ate any of them because indeed, they were way too burnt. We were really excited about all of the flavor options they offer, but honestly, the wings were awful (and I wanted to like them SO bad). The chicken was extremely dry—so dry that we couldn’t even differentiate between the flavors. A few weeks before this I had munched on some KFC wings, and those were FAR better than these restaurant wings—a place that specializes in wings. In the end we left hungry and pretty disappointed that this place didn’t live up to what we thought it would. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt; maybe there are inconsistencies in who cooks, maybe it was someone’s first day—but if wings are your speciality, then you should make ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that your people know what they are doing, they know how to cook wings, they know when chicken is overdone and when nachos are burnt. Because even us, who have zero professional training on those things, could have made a better meal than what was offered for us at this place. And it wasn’t cheap either.
