I just purchased my second vehicle from Graue Inc. last week and it was truly a wonderful experience. I went in on Monday for an oil change and thought, I might start looking for a new SUV. I spoke to Scott and Dave Renfro. Scott got me set up for a test drive and by the time I returned, Dave had found me two different models in the color of my choice. On Friday I was driving my new Traverse and I love it. It was a seamless transaction because the staff handled everything. Thank you all!

This was my first vehicle purchase from Graue. My overall experience was exceptional. Todd Cicci went above and beyond with customer service. We recently moved back to town. I work out of town and they let me drive the car to work to see how I like it. It usually takes me a long time to make a final decision and I actually bought the first car that I test drove.. I felt like the price was fair, they were not pushy, wonderful customer service and the car was detailed very nice. I highly recommend Todd and Graue Chevrolet

We had a breakdown on our way home from an Arkansa hunting trip. We were very lucky it happened in Lincoln IL. The amazing staff and service department at Graue was able to get the truck fixed and get us back on the road the next morning. Thank you for answering the call for someone in need. I highly recommend them.
