My recent buying experience at Pontiac RV was delightful in EVERY way. The salesman (Jeff) was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was not only knowledgeable of the products but never did I feel any pressure. The finance closing lady was very personable and quick. The guys that put brakes and hitch on my truck were quick and friendly and the demonstration fella was through. There were no surprise charges that I often find in major transactions and in the door to out everyone was nice. I will definitely return (if situation arises). Pontiac RV is a well oiled machine! My wife and I bought our Grand design transcend from Pontiac RV. It was a great experience. No high pressure sales and everyone was very friendly. Brad was our salesman and he did a great job. They did everything they said they would. Great place I highly recommend a visit if your in the market.

Visited late this afternoon to start looking at a new travel trailer. It was great that it was indoors! Showroom is huge. There was literally no sales pressure, which is great to someone just starting to look around. Only reason not 5 stars is the units should be cleaned up a little better. Several we looked in had a fair amount of debris in them (mostly from the MFR, like sawdust).

Excellent after the sale service. Offered great trade in value, friendly employees. Will not go anywhere else for our rv needs.
