Critical: ResponsivenessnI used Herion Roofing 6 years ago to replace my cedar roof. They did a nice job at that time. This summer Ron called and reminded me that it had been 6 years since the roof had been put on and to see if I wanted to repair any broken shakes and stain my roof. That was June 2020 and I sent him $1,250 in advance to put me on the schedule to perform the work. I followed up with him on more than one occasion and he kept telling me they would be out the next week, which never occurred. I have called both Ron and Bill over 12 times each and each time they have promised me they would be out that week. Over five months have passed and he has never showed or called back and his business number is no longer in-service. I have requested my deposit back both in person and writing and have received nothing. I have now filed a complaint with the Illinois AG. DO NOT USE HERION ROOFING. This is not a trustworthy company.

I used Herion 6 years ago to stain my cedar roof. They did a nice job at that time. Last year Ron called and reminded me it had been 5 years and to see if I wanted to repair any broken shakes and re-stain my roof. It was early October 2019 and I sent him $1,900 advance to put me on the schedule as soon as possible. It was a rainy fall and i followed up in November and he told me they would be out first thing in the spring of 2020. I have called Ron 5 times and each tome he promised me they would be out that week. A full year has past and he has never showed or called. I requested my deposit back but have received nothing. DO NOT USE HERION ROOFING. Oh and Ron I will get my deposit back!

Just tried calling them again to see where my refund is and the phones are disconnected. Filed complaint with Illinois AG last month but if they are now closed will anyone ever see their moneynRon called me and stated they were having hard time due to COVID with employees not able to work. I informed him all he had to do was stay in touch snd keep me posted, but I needed my roof done 6 months ago. I did get my deposit back

Hired their crew to do some of my work they have very poor quality workers NOT enough experience period ! I had a leak first time it rained . NEVER returned my calls for few months. My recommendations is DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !! THEY ARE USING YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY TO PAY THEIR BILLSnNEVER DO THE WORK! BIG TIME CROOKS STAY AWAY FROM RON !!!!!!

A friend of mine paid Heroin Roofing to do her roof. They took her money and never finished the job. And the small part they did do, they did it wrong! Ron has refused to return her calls. She has terminal cancer and needs her money back. He owes her almost $10,000! Very immoral and unethical company and the president, Ron, is heartless. Stay away from this guy, Ronald Pasowicz, President of Herion Roofing, 308 Washington Blvd, Mundelein, IL unless you're ok with being robbed.
